Jennifer Ramsay

Jennifer started her entrepreneurial career at a young age in 1995 when she opened Echochic Boutique, a small upscale women’s boutique whose success lasted 15 years in locations on South Street and Rittenhouse Square. During that time and several years thereafter she did wardrobe for celebrities including Pink, Eve, Lauryn Hill, Patty Labelle. Jennifer introduced, cultivated and worked with Creative Designers and Marketing Directors behind major labels such as Marc Jacobs, Chloe, Missoni, L.A.M.B., Sass & Bide and more. Jennifer has been featured in publications such as; Vogue, Travel Leisure, Details, Apartment Therapy, New York World Press, Mainline Magazine, Philadelphia Magazine, Philadelphia Home, and Philly Style. During difficult retail times she closed her brick and mortar store, continued as a fashion consultant in New York and Philadelphia while working for a Philadelphia based Real Estate Developer part time. With style being a big part of her lifeline, she decided to get into renovations and development, and utilize her creative and business skills on a larger scale, especially in a time there were not many woman in development. With this emerged her own design/development business in 2013 and her first investment/development project was a 10,000 sq foot warehouse conversion in Fishtown, which was up and coming then and now is “Philadelphia’s hottest new neighborhood” –Forbes. Comfortable in her entrepreneurial space and real estate experience she decided to complete the triangle and open her own real estate and development company; Echochic Estates.
