Jennifer Ott

Jennifer Ott, CCIM, serves as Senior Vice President at SVN | The Equity Group, specializing in retail services for landlords, tenants, and investors throughout Southern Nevada. With more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Jennifer brings a deep understanding of the retail landscape and a proven track record advising some of the region’s most prominent retailers, property owners, developers, and publicly traded REITs. Her extensive and well-rounded experience provides clients with valuable market insight, enabling strategic decision-making that maximizes asset value and long-term performance. Jennifer is known for her thoughtful approach, strong industry relationships, and ability to navigate complex transactions with clarity and precision. Jennifer has been an active leader in the Southern Nevada commercial real estate community. She previously served on the Board of Directors for the Commercial Alliance Las Vegas from 2013 to 2021 and was elected Chapter President in 2017. She earned her CCIM designation in 2015 and has been actively involved with the CCIM Southern Nevada Chapter, serving on the Board of Directors from 2017 to 2023 and as Chapter President in 2019. She is also actively involved with industry organizations including ICSC, where she has served as Membership Chair for the Southern California/Southern Nevada region and as a Western Conference Committee Member, as well as NAIOP Southern Nevada. Most recently, Jennifer joined the Board of Directors for Project Marilyn.
