Jennifer Miller

Jennifer Miller is the Vice President at Helsan Development Co. LLC, a Retail / Commercial / Industrial developer located in Richfield, WI. She joined the company in August of 1998 and is currently involved in all aspects of the business. Helsan currently owns and manages multiple buildings in Richfield and Germantown just off of Highway 41/45 and 145 in Helsan Business Park. In addition, Helsan developed Endeavor Business Park, a 140 acre Retail & Industrial Business Park in that same area. Jennifer spends the majority of her time marketing Helsan’s land, buildings and lease spaces, along with all aspects of property management. Jennifer received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison majoring in Marketing. She also received her Real Estate Salesperson and Real Estate Broker licenses in 1998. Jennifer is a member of The Commercial Association of Real Estate Professionals of Wisconsin(CARW). She has served on the Germantown Community Scholarship Fund since 1999 as a Board Member and as President. Jennifer and her husband, Mark, are co-owners of Sneakers Health & Fitness, a fitness center located in Germantown. And they are proud parents of two little boys, Tyson Dean (7 years old) and Jake Allen (5 years old).
