Jennifer Houghton

In the past Jennifer has held positions with two mall developing companies, CBL & Associates and The Mills Corp. In these positions she have worked on project leasing, marketing, mall management, and the opening of a new project. After six years on this side of the business she switched over to the retail side of things and went to work at GNC doing their real estate in the Northeastern territory of the US. Getting my real estate license in 2007 opened new doors for her to come over to the broker side and started at CB Richard Ellis in the beginning of 2008 in Pittsburgh, PA. That side of the business allowed Jennifer opportunities to work with numerous avenues of the real estate industry ranging from agency work to tenant representation in the retail services sector. Working for PREIT she was based out of Center City Philadelphia and handled the leasing of 4 regional shopping centers in our Allegheny Region. Now with The Wolfson Group in Plymouth Meeting, PA she oversee the leasing department which manages and leases 12 local shopping centers in PA and South Jersey.
