Jennifer Goaley

Jennifer joined Lee & Associates in February 2022. Jennifer has worked for 22 years in the operations of commercial real estate. This includes managing the processes and procedures of a brokerage department along with overall daily office functions. Jennifer is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Nebraska and has her PHR certification. Before working in commercial real estate, Jennifer worked in a residential mortgage company and was an elementary school teacher with Omaha Public Schools. As Director of Operations at Lee & Associates, Jennifer ensures that everything runs smoothly from one day to another. She works to instill and improve operational systems, processes and best practices. Jennifer is trusted to help Lee & Associates remain compliant, efficient and profitable during the course of business. Jennifer assists in mentoring the team members, finding ways to increase quality of customer service and implementing best procedures across all levels.
