Jennifer Finley
Jen Finley, MBA is a Senior Portfolio Coordinator for the CVS Health account. She is responsible for reviewing leased and owned property documents as well as compiling and maintaining critical location data including financial and contractual obligations for CVS. She liaises on behalf of her clients with Landlords to ensure contract compliance is satisfied and works closely with the Account Director and account team on special projects. Prior to joining the Global Corporate Services team, Jen was a Brokerage Coordinator supporting the Office Tenant Representation, Industrial Agency, and Land Investment Sales teams. This role involved all day-to-day operations of 10 brokers, including but not limited to property marketing, option surveys, deal submissions, expense reports, facilitating team meetings, pitch decks, and proposals. She is also well versed in the financial services industry through experience as a Business Banking Associate with PNC Bank immediately preceding Cushman & Wakefield.
