Jennifer Countryman

Jennifer founded Countryman & Co. in 2021 after being part of her previous firm's leadership that secured the largest volume of work, year after year, in the company's 39 year history. She's worked for the last 20 years in the field, the last 10 as a licensed architect leading teams through the successful delivery of public and private works. Opportunities come her way largely because of her ability to absorb what each client or organization is trying to achieve, what their priorities are, and her ability to translate these into practical, design-savvy solutions. Her ability to plan and execute, expertise in regulatory requirements, ability to design projects for construction in operational settings, eye for detail and deeply creative side set her apart. In the last five years she has designed and led $30 million dollars of work for which she served as the Architect of Record, to completion, including two AIA Award winning projects.
