Jenna Muller is a Senior Director of Office Leasing & Transaction Advisory Services for Cushman & Wakefield. Over the course of her career, Jenna has represented clients in over $1 billion in office leasing and sale transactions totaling over 4 million square feet. Jenna’s successful assignments range from leasing new office towers in mixed-use developments to building sales, and representing high growth tech companies for new locations around the country. Her diverse perspective, combined with deep market knowledge and strong relationships, has translated into a proven track record of executing her clients’ strategic objectives, delivering results that positively impact the bottom line. In addition, she serves on several local boards, has chaired national committees for Cushman & Wakefield, and mentors rising brokers. Over the course of her career, she has received numerous honors, ranking among CREBA Washington's Regional Top 5 Under 35 Brokers in 2016 and 2017, receiving Costar’s Power Broker Award as a Top 5 Office Leasing Broker for Nashville in 2020, winning NAIOP's Office Lease Deal of the Year in 2021, and being named one of GlobeSt.’s 2023 Women of Influence, among other awards. Representative clients include New City Properties, JP Morgan, Cousins Properties, Endeavor Real Estate Group, Granite Properties, EQ Office, Blackstone, CIM Group, Clarion, Clark Enterprises, Boyd Watterson, Costar Group, MedStar Health, iHeartMedia, Deloitte, Siemens, Monogram Health, and Surgery Partners. She and her family live in Brentwood, TN. In her free time she enjoys traveling, yoga, boating, and skiing.
