Jenette Bennett, CCIM

Jenette Bennett is a first vice president and shareholder with Kidder Mathews. She has over 18 years of experience specializing in selling and leasing single-tenant and multi-tenant retail and land for development in the Phoenix market. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Jenette was a vice president at Voit Real Estate Services for their retail group. Jenette also served as a commercial real estate investment agent for Don Bennett and Associates and Phoenix West Commercial in the West Valley of Arizona. In her capacity as a leasing agent and investment analyst, Jenette coordinated all aspects of real estate transactions, from property research and site selection to forecasting internal rates of return on income producing assets for her clients.
