Jen Ward
Retail Associate for JLL based in Tampa.
With her focus on the west coast of Florida, Jen serves clients through tenant representation, dispositions, land development, redevelopment consulting, and agency leasing services. These clients range from global retailers to non-profit organizations. While an active member in the Florida State University Real Estate Society, Jen reached out to JLL’s Tampa office and secured an internship. Finding her way onto the retail team and joining several projects, Jen demonstrates an analytical mindset with complementary communication skills, making her a great fit with the retail real estate environment. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, Jen became a full-time Advisory Associate at JLL with the Tampa retail team. As a partner to Senior Vice President Paul Rutledge, Jen serves as the main point of contact and ensures client needs are understood and first-in-class solutions are successfully delivered. Jen is a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in Florida and an active member in the International Council of Shopping Centers.
