Jeffrey Zimmerman
Jeffrey S. Zimmerman is Vice President of Design & Construction for NAI Geis Realty Group, Inc. Jeff is responsible for all aspects of the construction management process for tenants and building owners. Jeff has managed the design, design review, value engineering, construction, cost control and project close-outs for over 8,000,000 SF of commercial, institutional, medical and retail projects on the East Coast of the U.S. Jeff has over 20 years of experience in the fields of construction management, budgeting, value engineering, leasing, development, site selection, zoning, building codes, fire/life safety, security, tele/data installation and contract administration. Jeff has been a licensed real estate professional since 1995. Prior to working with NAI Geis Realty Group, Inc., Jeff worked for the Kevin F. Donohoe Company, Inc., Crown American Corporation, Inc. and Goodman, Segar, Hogan.
