Jeffrey Thomas

Jeff Thomas, CCIM, is a First Vice President at Charles Hawkins Co., where he has specialized in the brokerage of industrial property throughout Middle Tennessee since joining the firm in 2016. A Nashville commercial real estate agent since 1995, he previously worked with Commercial Ten, Grubb & Ellis|Centennial, and CBRE before moving to Charles Hawkins Co. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Lipscomb University. Before entering commercial real estate, he supplied components to manufacturers and distributors of cowboy boots and men’s dress shoes across the Tennessee Valley and El Paso, Texas.
