Jeffrey Terwilliger

Jeffrey Terwilliger brings more than 27 years of real estate experience as a licensed broker in both New York and Florida. He began his career at just 18 years old, working in residential real estate throughout Upstate New York before relocating to Florida at age 25 and expanding into commercial real estate, investment sales, and business brokerage. Throughout his career, Jeffrey has gained extensive experience across virtually every commercial real estate asset class, representing investors, property owners, developers, and business owners in a wide range of transactions. Jeffrey is the founder of the SVR Group of Companies based in Jacksonville, Florida, which includes SVR Commercial and SVR Asset Management. In 2024, the residential brokerage division, SVR Realty, merged with ERA to form ERA OneTeam. Beyond brokerage, Jeffrey is an active real estate investor and operator, owning and managing a diversified portfolio of commercial and residential investment properties throughout New York and Florida. His holdings span flex/industrial, retail, multifamily, and student housing assets. Outside of business, Jeffrey enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife, Kara, and their two children, Addison and Kaden.
