Jeffrey Stanbrough

Born and raised in Des Moines, Jeff is a third-generation in the real estate business. Since graduating from Simpson College in 1999, he began his career as a mortgage broker for Mortgage One, Inc. After completing 2 successful years in the finance business, Jeff decided to get his real estate license and join his father at Stanbrough Realty Company, a full service commercial real estate firm now located in Urbandale, Iowa. Since becoming sole owner of Stanbrough Realty Company in 2003, Jeff brokered over $20.5 million in real estate within the first 4 years. He has been engaged in the real estate business for over 25 years now and is focused on growing the brokerage and property management part of this company. Stanbrough Realty Company currently has 10 real estate agents and a 30 member growing property management team. Development experience includes: retail, multifamily, build-to-rent single family, and single family lot development.
