Prior to founding Lexington Realty Capital, Jeff founded Miron Properties, which was acquired by Realogy (NYSE:RLGY) in 2016. Jeff launched Miron in 2009 as a single agent operation and, in seven years, grew the organization into a multi-million-dollar real estate marketing, advisory, and brokerage firm with over 130 agents across four offices in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Under Jeff's direction as CEO, Miron Properties consistently increased in both size and revenue each year, culminating in the company's 2016 acquisition by Realogy (NYSE:RLGY) under the Citi Habitats brand.
