Jeffrey Oeding

Jeffrey Oeding serves as Mill Creek Residential’s President of Construction for the Pacific Northwest and Northern California and is based in the Portland, Oregon office. Mr. Oeding, a founding member of Mill Creek, also serves on the Audit and Administrative Committee. His background includes over 25 years of construction management experience. Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mr. Oeding served as the President of Construction at Trammell Crow Residential (TCR) in Oregon and Southwest Washington. Prior to that, Mr. Oeding was Senior Project Manager for Lease Crutcher Lewis, a Pacific Northwest based Commercial General Contractor. During his 10 years of employment there, he led the preconstruction and construction of a variety project types ranging from commercial, medical, residential and higher education work in the Pacific Northwest, several of which achieved LEED certification. Prior to his role at Lease Crutcher Lewis, Mr. Oeding led construction of numerous multifamily residential projects for Dow Builders in Redwood Shores, California, where he served as Project Manager and later Vice President. Mr. Oeding received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Master of Science in Construction Management from Stanford University.
