Jeffrey Locascio is a highly experienced commercial real estate broker with over 19 years of expertise specializing in industrial brokerage, business incentives, development, acquisitions, lease negotiations, and relocations. Since joining Entre Commercial Realty LLC in 2018, Jeffrey has played a key role in expanding the firm’s presence across south and southwest Chicago, its suburbs, and northwest Indiana. His comprehensive knowledge of the Midwest industrial market has enabled him to successfully negotiate numerous lease agreements and purchase/sale contracts for manufacturing plants, warehouses, new developments, and vacant land. Before his current role, Jeffrey was a principal at NKFE / Epic Realty Partners, a leading independent industrial real estate firm in metro-Chicago during the 2000s. He was instrumental in orchestrating the company’s sale to Transwestern, where he continued to serve as a principal and market leader. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Science in Institutional Management from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is a licensed real estate broker in both Illinois and Indiana.
