His no-nonsense, detail-oriented style helped him earn the prestigious SIOR designation as well as top honors at two of the nation’s biggest commercial real estate firms before co-founding Capacity Commercial Group. His experience includes a broad mix of landlord and tenant representation, working for clients like TMT Development, American Assets Trust, Sturgeon Development Partners, Prosper Portland, Shorenstein (formerly EOP), Kennedy & Associates Real Estate Counsel, Met Life, Airbnb, GMAC, Target, American Express, Oracle and The Oregon Clinic to name a few. Currently, Jeff is lead broker on Sturgeon Development’s newest creative office renovation, Premier Gear Works, and is responsible for the leasing and sale of Prosper Portland’s 100 Multnomah, a proposed nine-story office development located adjacent to the Oregon Convention Center.
