Jeffrey Evans

Jeffrey L. Evans, Senior Director of Retail Leasing with the Comras Company oversees various landlord and tenant representation assignments in major urban and suburban hubs throughout South Florida. Since forging into brokerage in 2006, Mr. Evans has experienced a meteoric rise. Mr. Evans has overseen the South Florida interests of national and regional retailers such as Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba’s Italian Grill, Bonefish Grill, Ruby Tuesday, Lime Fresh Mexican, Texas de Brazil, Mitchell’s Fish Market, Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Gyroville, Moonlite Diner, Yogurtland, The Cheese Course, Sonic, Tossed, Golden Krust, UFC Gym, Crunch Fitness, Poggen Pohl, and For Eyes. Additionally, Mr. Evans led the leasing efforts for the landlord of the Shops at Pembroke Gardens, a 400,000 square foot lifestyle center boasting a tenancy of Cheesecake Factory, Barnes & Noble, Banana Republic, DSW, Victoria's Secret, Old Navy and more. Prior to joining Comras Company, Mr. Evans was a Director at Cushman & Wakefield where his responsibilities included agency leasing, tenant representation, site selection management and the sale of retail property in the Florida market. Mr. Evans has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Florida. He and his wife have three children and reside in Weston, FL.
