Jeffrey Cohn

Jeff has more than twenty-nine years of commercial real estate knowledge. He specializes in tenant representation and in office lease transactions for both landlords and tenants. Jeff has represented companies like Xerox Realty, Equity Office, Security National Partners, B.F. Saul, Trammel Crow, and Concorde Realty Partners. Additionally, he has represented tenants such as Sprint, York International, Fidelity and Deposit of Maryland, ADP, Merrill Lynch, Williams Communications, American Diabetes Association, Lockheed Martin, and Texaco. From 1991 through 2007, he received the Commercial Investment Division’s Outstanding Achievement Award. He is a CID Lifetime Member, winning the award for 10 consecutive years as a real estate agent who has produced more than $2.5 million in sales per year. Jeff graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Arts in Real Estate and minors in both English and Marketing.
