With over 20 years of professional experience, Jefferson Rowell's career is rooted in Economic Development. As Executive Director and President, he focused on identifying and maximizing wealth-generating opportunities through business development initiatives. Key responsibilities included industrial site identification and development, target business and industry recruitment, and lobbying for project-specific incentives to stimulate economic growth. Following his public/private sector tenure, Jefferson explored niche marketing concepts, discovering opportunities overseas. This led to the creation of an artisan spirits brand, single estate sourced in Brazil. In 2021, Jefferson returned to the U.S. Southeast and joined The Estes Group, where he merges his experience with his passion for aligning buyers with logistically strategic commercial and industrial properties.
