Jeff Scroggins

Jeff has spent his entire career helping clients find the best solutions for their unique needs. In his early years as a photographer and creative director, he spent over a decade helping brands such as AT&T. Four Seasons, Gensler, Marriott, and Ritz-Carlton communicate with their luxury clients. More recently, he helped start a luxury interior design firm which grew to a multi-million dollar company in less than five years. With projects across the resort markets of the US, the company's success is due to Jeff's client-centric approach. His desire to be a life-long learner keeps him engaged in continuing education in the fields of real estate, business development, and human relationships via in-person workshops, podcasts, and books. Jeff has been fortunate to have outstanding mentors and to have the opportunity to mentor the next generation of leaders. This keeps him from settling for "good enough". Jeff and his wife moved to Breckenridge in 1998, the family moved to the Dallas/Fort Worth area in 2009 for seven years and returned to Summit County in 2016. His extensive experience in Summit County, the Vail Valley, Aspen, and Winter Park allows him to understand the unique characteristic of Colorado resort markets. In turn this allows him to help his clients find the best options for their mountain home.
