Jeff Saywitz

Jeff Saywitz has over 30+ years of experience of working in commercial real estate and is an industry veteran. He is a specialist in all facets of tenant representation. Mr. Saywitz has extensive transactional experience that includes large national portfolio business, in addition to countless one-off requirements of varied size and scope and has negotiated transactions in more than 45 states across the country. From 1995-2017 he oversaw The Saywitz Company’s brokerage activities and managed the offices in both Orange County and San Diego. He specializes in office, industrial, flex and R&D requirements, specifically in Southern California, however, he has expertise in most major markets throughout the country. Prior to joining The Saywitz Company, Mr. Saywitz was a financial analyst with Merrill Lynch. In 2017, he joined Voit Real Estate Services and serves as a Senior Vice President and Partner, overseeing the Tenant Representation Group.
