Jeff has an in-depth knowledge of the commercial real estate industry from a unique perspective. Prior to his brokerage career, Jeff was a business owner and a commercial construction supplier. Jeff went on to develop, own and manage commercial properties in the market. Jeff’s recent focus has been on multi-family housing, participating in the $10.1 million dollar sale of a 490-unit affordable multi-family complex in St. Louis County to a Florida investor.
