Jeff Ruscigno started his commercial real estate career over 23 years ago. Mr. Ruscigno joined Lee & Associates during the summer of 1996. In 1997 Mr. Ruscigno was promoted to Senior Vice President and Shareholder of Lee & Associates - Riverside. He has been recognized as one of the top 100 brokers in Southern California. Mr. Ruscigno concentrates his efforts throughout the Inland Empire where he has extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of the Western Inland Empire markets, tenant/landlord representation, investment opportunities, owner and user acquisitions and build-to-suit transactions including all phases of the disposition of surplus property.
