Jeff Rega

Jeff Rega is the Asset Manager for Realty Bancorp Equities (“RBE”). He is responsible for directing and managing the day to day operations of nine shopping centers consisting of 400,000 square feet, nine office buildings consisting of 600,000 square feet and two industrial properties consisting of 350,000 square feet. He has over twenty-four years of experience in the management of commercial properties, with special expertise in the management of office buildings and shopping center properties. Prior to joining RBE in 2002, he served as Director of Property Management for seven years for KMI Real Estate Group, Woodland Hills, California. He was responsible for the day to day operations of a commercial portfolio totaling over 1.2 million square feet. Prior to KMI, he served as Property Manager for two years for Pacific Property Development, Beverly Hills, California. He managed a portfolio totaling over 700,000 square feet of retail space. Prior to PDP, he was the Property Manager for five years for Crossroads Development Corporation, Beverly Hills, California. He managed a portfolio totaling over one million square feet of retail space and 200,000 square feet of Class A office space. Mr. Rega holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration and Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker, as well as a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
