Jeff Nimmer

With over 25 years of retail real estate experience across the Carolinas, Jeff joined TSCG in the Raleigh office in 2017. He specializes in Tenant Representation/Site Selection, Landlord Representation/Leasing, and Portfolio Dispositions. Having worked in development for much of his career, he also adds value in the entitlement process, having secured numerous rezonings, plan approvals, and variances throughout the Carolinas. He is also known for his specialization in restaurant real estate and value-add redevelopment leasing. Jeff holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, an MBA from Wake Forest University, and has earned his CCIM designation.
