Jeff Mitchell

Jeff D. Mitchell joined Voit Real Estate Services in March 1989. Specializing in the Central and South Orange County area, he has completed lease and sale transactions for a host of major landlords and tenants. Consistently among the top brokers since joining Voit Real Estate Services, Mitchell was also named Broker of the Year by the ILS of Orange County in 1994. Jeff Mitchell is Senior Vice President of Voit Real Estate Services and is considered one of the top industrial brokers in Central and South Orange County. Mitchell has leased or sold 16 million square feet in over 800 transactions comprising in excess of $750 million in total consideration. In 2003, Mitchell sold the former Steelcase Facility in Tustin, which is considered the largest industrial sale in Orange County history.
