Jeff McKinney
An investment sale broker specializing in net leased properties
Jeff McKinney is a senior associate based in Northmarq's Tulsa office with more than 26 years of commercial real estate experience. Jeff began his career at Trammell Crow Company in Memphis, Tenn., where he was director of Retail Brokerage and was responsible for leasing a 1.5 million-sq.-ft. portfolio. While at Trammell Crow, he also represented institutional, local and regional clients in the sale of retail properties and was recognized as a top 50 broker for the company nationwide and as a top 25 broker by the Memphis brokerage community. Before joining Northmarq, Jeff served as associate director at Stan Johnson Company’s Tulsa headquarters. Jeff was most recently with McNeill Commercial Real Estate where he completed over $100 million in sales of retail, office and industrial properties. He holds a B.B.A. in finance and real estate from Texas Tech University. Jeff is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
