Jeff Maza

Jeff has been responsible for providing account management services and transaction management services to regional, national, and international corporate portfolios for the past 30 years. He has worked with a variety of asset types including office, industrial, retail, and land. He has also had oversight of transaction execution work for various Lab-R&D projects for Lam Research, UL, and CSL Plasma. Jeff has worked with clients to develop and implement strategic plans, processes, standard documents, and reporting. He is well versed in managing and communicating with clients, local field brokers, and third-party vendors. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Jeff represented both AT&T and Federal Express regionally while at Mesirow Stein Real Estate. As Real Estate Manager for Transamerica Commercial Finance, Jeff was tasked with disposing of owned assets, lease negotiations, and lease restructures.
