ABOUT

While working toward a Bachelor’s degree Jeff obtained a California real estate license in March 1988. In 1990, Jeff graduated from Cal Poly, Pomona with a Bachelor of Science degree with a Major in Finance, Real Estate & Law. Immediately following graduation he obtained a California Real Estate Broker’s license. In the following year he founded National Realty Group (NRG). In 1993 Jeff, while still operating NRG, became broker of Southfork Mortgage Co. (SMC). In 1994, he and a partner, purchased SMC. His direct involvement in operations caused the annual revenue to reach over $1M. By 1996, Jeff saw the future and realized there was about to be a paradigm shift in the real estate market and sold NRG to SMC. This allowed all real estate agents to assist their clients with financing for their real estate purchases. In 1999, Jeff’s partner sold his interest to Jeff, making Jeff the sole owner. During this period SMC, changed their name to reflect Jeff’s vision for the company. SMC became National One Mortgage Corp (NOMC). NOMC moved to a new larger location and continued the growth he had overseen since 1994. The company’s annual revenue grew from 1M to 7.2M in 2004. During this time Jeff created a loan officer training school. Classes cover every area of loan origination, processing and underwriting and lasts 14 weeks. A typical graduating class consists of over 30 students. In 2001 Jeff founded Escrow One to provide closing services to the clients of NRG and NOMC. America’s Best Property Management was founded around the same time. Jeff continued to be a Top Producer in real estate sales throughout southern California. He currently co-hosts a weekly radio called All the Right Moves. He also continues to provide mortgage services to all his many clients.
