Jeff Litke

Jeff Litke is Director of Property Management, Construction & Leasing at Pyramid Construction Group, a third-generation, family-owned real estate operation based in Ramsey, New Jersey. Since joining the firm in 2006, Litke has overseen property management, construction, and leasing activities for a diverse portfolio of more than 36 family-owned properties spanning 14 states. He is responsible for managing over 2,000,000 square feet of commercial space across retail, office, warehouse, and light industrial properties, as well as more than 700 residential apartment units. In his role at Pyramid Construction Group, Litke directs day-to-day operations, tenant relations, lease negotiations, and capital improvement initiatives for properties located throughout New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Georgia, Michigan, Utah, and other states. He coordinates closely with the firm's multiple divisions, including Real Estate Development, Construction, General Contracting, and Construction Management, to ensure properties are well-maintained, fully leased, and positioned to meet the needs of tenants and ownership. His responsibilities encompass strategic planning, vendor management, budget oversight, and ensuring operational efficiency across a geographically dispersed portfolio.
