Jeff Lindenmeyer

Jeff Lindenmeyer is a Principal at Avison Young and leads the Tenant Advisory Affinity Group practice in Avison Young’s Chicago office. Jeff has over 17 years of commercial real estate experience serving the needs of tenants, owners, and investors. Utilizing his background in debt, equity, and capital structures, Jeff assists corporate office users in the analysis and strategy affecting real estate decisions. His history in managing and placing and equity on behalf of funds into office assets provides his clients unique insight into the capital markets. Jeff has extensive experience advising multi-market professional services firms as well as private equity firms and early-stage companies. Prior to joining Avison Young, Jeff was a Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield where he specialized in assisting office tenants. Prior to that, Jeff was an Executive Vice President and Management Committee member of Connaught Real Estate Finance LLC where he ran the asset management division of the private equity firm. In total, Jeff oversaw just under $1 billion (US) of real estate assets throughout the continental US.
