Jeff Lin

Jeff Lin is the Founder and Broker of ProjectOne Property Group, a commercial real estate services and advisory firm specializing in retail investment sales, net-leased properties, tenant representation, and site selection throughout Southern California and select markets nationwide. Jeff began his real estate career in 2009 and has held brokerage and advisory roles with Marcus & Millichap and Colliers International. Over the course of his career, he has advised private investors, property owners, developers, and business operators on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and investment strategy, with particular expertise in single-tenant net-leased investments, multi-tenant retail properties, and restaurant, retail, office and industrial real estate. In addition to investment sales, Jeff works closely with restaurant, retail, office, industrial and emerging brands on tenant representation and expansion strategies, helping clients evaluate markets, identify locations, negotiate transactions, and navigate the real estate process from site selection through occupancy. Born and raised in Taiwan, Jeff is fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English. His bilingual and cross-cultural experience allows him to effectively advise domestic and international investors and businesses seeking commercial real estate opportunities in the United States.
