Jeff Kalil

Jeffrey Kalil is the Vice President of Leasing at Konover South. He is responsible for the oversight of all leasing activities within the company’s shopping center portfolio and development projects. Jeff works closely with the company’s leasing, legal, management, acquisition, and development teams, and manages third-party property brokerage relationships throughout the portfolio to ensure each property meets or exceeds leasing goals and budget expectations. Jeffrey has extensive experience in the commercial retail real estate industry, with a strong background in landlord and tenant representation, investment sales, management oversight, asset management, tenant buildouts, construction, and ground-up development. He was previously with Woolbright Development, where he worked across all departments to ensure annual leasing goals were met or exceeded.
