Jeff Jackson

Jeff Jackson joined Stream Realty Partners’ industrial team in 2009 as Vice President. Jeff is responsible for property leasing and sales, tenant representation and real estate investments He brings with him 13 years of real estate experience. Prior to joining Stream, Jeff began his real estate career with TIG Real Estate Services in the Dallas industrial market. In 2000, while still with TIG, Jackson relocated to Memphis to lease a portfolio that was acquired by Kennedy & Associates. Jackson then joined IDI from 2002 to 2007 in Memphis where he handled over 10 million square feet of transactions ranging from 1,500 square feet to 800,000 square feet. Jeff made the decision to relocate back to Dallas and began working with Granite Properties on their industrial portfolio. Jeff has leased over 400,000 square feet of industrial space for Granite in the last two years and has helped develop an additional 500,000 square feet of space throughout the DFW market.
