Jeff Hughes

Jeff is an experienced investment professional and Principal of Hughes Capital Partners in Dallas, TX. Prior to founding Hughes Capital Partners, he served as a Vice President at Hudson Advisors, the exclusive investment advisor to private equity giant Lone Star Funds. On behalf of the funds, Jeff was responsible for contributing to investment strategy, underwriting, acquisitions and dispositions, oversight of third-party property managers, contract negotiations, transaction management, and development of firm investment models. Prior to joining Hudson Advisors, he held positions at Invesco Real Estate and Lindsey & Associates. Jeff received his Finance and Real Estate degree from The University of Arkansas and his MBA from Southern Methodist University. He is an active member of The Real Estate Council (TREC) and a Board Member of the Folsom Institute for Real Estate at SMU Cox. He resides in Dallas, Texas, with his wife, Kelly.
