Jeff Hays joins Commercial Properties Industrial Brokerage Team bringing 28 years of commercial real estate experience to the firm. Jeff provides a full service tenant and landlord representation which includes leasing, sales and build-to-suit development. In addition, Jeff works closely with lending institutions in the disposition of distressed assets. Mr. Hays is a member of the National Association of Industrial Office Properties (NAIOP) and a director with Southwestern Business Finance Corp, a non-profit CDC, which provides businesses with real estate loans.
