ABOUT

The “H” in HD Enterprises, Jeff Hassannia has been investing in real estate and entrepreneurial ventures for over 30 years. He has significant experience in the real estate industry, buying his first investment property at the age of 18 and conducting transactions in excess of $20M in residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties in Oregon, California, Arizona, Nevada, and Maryland. He has authored six analytical tools designed to assess the attractiveness of various investment scenarios. Jeff has been featured in the 2008 Forbes Investment Guide for his acumen in identifying disproportionately high return, “one off" types of properties. His primary focus for HD Enterprises is on the identification, analyses, and acquisition of properties for the portfolio. ?Mr. Hassannia has also been both an investor and senior executive at a number of technology-related and “cash flow” types of businesses. One example includes Diversified Energy Corporation, where Jeff led business development for the renewable energy start-up and was featured nationally on Fox News’ “Your World” with Neil Cavuto in February 2007. He also started and managed Los Angeles County’s highest grossing (per square foot) laundromat in 2001 – a technology enabled laundry called Super Laundry. Jeff has worked in business development and strategy for the aerospace industry at companies such as TRW/Northrop Grumman, Honeywell, Cobham, and most recently at his own consulting company, Aerospace BD, LLC. He also serves on the Board of Directors for S&K Technologies, Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Astronautical Engineering from the U.S. Air Force Academy, a Master of Science degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of California Los Angeles.
