Jeff Gray

Jeff is a Senior Associate within CBRE’s Capital Markets group focused on industrial investment sales in Central Florida. Primary responsibilities include: sourcing, structuring, and marketing a variety of investment property transactions; financial modeling; and evaluating potential transactions and developments for feasibility. Jeff approaches his real estate business from a client-centric perspective, choosing to focus his efforts on building long-term relationships with his clients rather than utilizing the traditional transaction-oriented business model. Prior to joining CBRE in 2019, Jeff spent four (4) years with Gray Pointe Capital, an Orlando based commercial real estate investment and advisory firm, specializing in the acquisition, capital sourcing, leasing, and repositioning of commercial real estate. Before Gray Pointe Capital, he worked for ten (10) years in commercial real estate lending with Key Bank and Wells Fargo Bank. Jeff is an Orlando native and enjoys playing golf, traveling and spending time with his two daughters, Emma and Allie.
