Jeff Foster founded Foster Ventures, Inc. as President in 2017. Mr. Foster specializes in providing strategic tenant representation and multi-market advisory services on behalf of local and national clients. Jeff’s successful track record is a testament to his unique ability to understand the specific challenges facing tenants, articulate detailed strategies and implement solutions that routinely exceed clients’ economic and operational objectives. Extensive portfolio experience and in-depth market knowledge are further assets that help him continually safeguard clients’ core interests. Mr. Foster’s undiluted advice is refreshing and his commitment to pursuing all clients’ goals aggressively, professionally and ethically are mainstays of his character. His dependability and attention to detail are evident in the quality of his work product and the results that he delivers. Having the bandwidth to pursue tactics considered “outside the box” consistently produces creative results that generate considerable value for his clients. Prior to founding Foster Ventures, Inc., Mr. Foster spent the past two years as a Principal with Tenant Guardian, and served an eleven-year tenure with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank exclusively representing end-users of office space. Mr. Foster is currently a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and is also a member of The Young Professionals Group, which is NAIOP-Southern California’s industry-leading professional development and emerging leaders program. He actively involved at the Newport Harbor Yacht Club. Mr. Foster currently resides in Irvine, CA, with his wife, Lynne, and son, Grant. His other personal interests include beach volleyball, bodysurfing, boating and classic cars.
