Since joining the firm in 1987, Jeff has worked with a variety of public and private organizations and individuals. Transactions have included major acquisitions and dispositions of both owned and leased properties. Notable transactions include the corporate headquarters relocation of Altria Group from New York City to Richmond, a land acquisition for a 1,600,000 sq. ft. Hewlett Packard facility, and the disposition of over 5,000,000 sq. ft. of office and industrial properties.
