Jeff is a Senior Managing Director at JLL and is the Los Angeles Office Co-Head. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and is responsible for overseeing the investment advisory business in Chicago. He specializes in investment advisory throughout the Midwest, and, since joining HFF in 2005, has closed more than $13 billion of investment advisory transactions. Jeff has been in the real estate transaction business since 1990. Before that, he was a co-founder and partner at Cooper Conlin Partners, where he specialized in investment brokerage for Chicago and other Midwest cities. Prior to that, he was a senior director of acquisitions and development with Tishman Speyer Properties, director of acquisitions for Equity Office Properties Trust and a vice president of capital markets at JMB Realty Corporation.
