Jeff Baik

Jeff Baik is Managing Director and Broker of Record for HTLHA New York office. He specializes in off-market hotel transactions, sourcing financing for hotel properties and projects, asset management, and receivership for distressed assets. Mr. Baik is a graduate of the Hotel School at Cornell University, and has over 15 years of of experience in commercial real estate and financing; he held roles of analyst and broker at NY-based investment sales firm Besen & Associates, and most recently was Director of Capital Markets at Walker & Dunlop, a national commercial finance firm. Mr. Baik is also experienced in hotel operations and management; at Hyatt International, he served on two grand opening teams at the Hyatt Regency Incheon (presently Grand Hyatt) in South Korea and the Park Hyatt Washington, D.C.
