Jeff Armstrong

Northeast Arkansas native, Jeff Armstrong, leads the industrial tenant representation team at “HB Industrial”, the region’s expert on e-commerce, logistics, warehouse, manufacturing, and last mile delivery space. With a BA in Ag Business Marketing and Accounting from Arkansas State University, Jeff became the Director of Operations at Armor Seed and was part of the management team responsible for the company’s extensive growth – quadrupling its size from 2005 to 2017. Jeff was also a Distribution Specialist for Armor Seed, where he developed a working knowledge of the entire process that gets a company’s products to their consumers. His extensive experience with research & development, production, manufacturing and distribution makes it easy for him to identify and meet the needs of our clients acquiring warehouse/manufacturing/distribution space. Jeff was a member of the United State Air Force’s 34th Fighter Squadron and currently serves as the President of the Board of Directors at Ridgefield Christian School. He enjoys spending time with his wife Erica and their 3 children.
