Jeff Allman is a Senior Director for Cushman & Wakefield and serves as the Market Leader for Retail and Land Brokerage throughout the Treasure Coast and Space Coast of Florida. He advises retail real estate owners, developers, investors, and occupiers with a focus on value creation, execution certainty, and strategic positioning. He also specializes in the acquisition and disposition of land for retail development, leads site selection efforts for retail developers and retailers, and counsels master-planned community and residential developers on the commercial components of their projects from concept through delivery. As a seventh-generation native with deep ties to the region, Mr. Allman brings a rare combination of local market fluency and capital markets experience, paired with extensive transactional expertise spanning investment sales, landlord and tenant representation, site selection, entitlement strategy, ground-up development, and strategic planning. He is known for approaching assignments with an investor’s mindset, delivering disciplined execution and guidance through dynamic markets. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Allman was a Partner at NAI Southcoast, a regional brokerage and property management firm, as well as an Advisor with Johnson, Schroth & Associates, a regional valuation and advisory firm, from 2018 to 2026. During this period, he played a key role in advising and executing on several of the firms’ most significant transactions and assignments. Earlier in his career, Mr. Allman was an Investment Banking Analyst within the Diversified Industrials Group and the Telecommunications Group at Raymond James in St. Petersburg, Florida, where his experience included IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt placements, private placements, convertible securities and leveraged buyouts. He began his career as an Analyst for Gries Investment Funds in Tampa, Florida, where his experience included capital structure advisory, syndication of equity and debt offerings, restructurings, refinancings, commercial mortgages, secured and unsecured term loans and credit facilities. This institutional foundation continues to inform his advisory approach today.
