Jeannie Werthman

Jeannie Werthman serves as the Commercial Property Manager for VSC Commercial Properties. She has been with VSC since 2012 and, for many of those years, served as Marketing Director for Villa Serena Communities, the company’s multifamily division with a portfolio of more than 28 properties. She also plans and directs networking and tenant appreciation events. Prior to joining Villa Serena Communities, Jeannie worked as a Home Consultant for Urban Living and as a Sales Executive for TechRadium, Inc. She brings a broad range of experience with strong knowledge in sales, management, customer service, and training. Jeannie is a licensed real estate agent in Texas and holds a degree in finance from Texas A&M University.
