José is a native Chicagoan who lives and breathes the city every day. His passion for real estate grew from his deep love for his hometown, and his specialties span some of his favorite neighborhoods—Humboldt Park, Logan Square, the West Loop, and the Gold Coast. He appreciates the culture and vibrancy of Chicago and enjoys real estate because it allows him to help people turn their dreams into reality. He loves meeting new people, engaging in constant conversation, and thrives in the fast-paced nature of the market. José attended the Chicago Association of Realtors program and earned his license in 2004. After working in food processing and distribution, he entered the real estate business following the sale of his restaurant in Humboldt Park. Leveraging his background in the food industry, he now specializes in industrial properties, cold storage facilities, and restaurant spaces. Some of José’s notable achievements include closing on a 600,000-square-foot cold storage warehouse and the building that now houses Chicago’s renowned restaurant Girl & the Goat. His future goals include becoming a developer and one day building a high-rise. José is fluent in Spanish.
