JD Esajian
JD Esajian is the President of CT Homes LLC, a real estate investment and redevelopment company headquartered in San Diego, CA. JD oversees all deals and rehabs with as many as a dozen active deals going at one time. He has over 20 years of experience in residential redevelopment and has been involved in over five hundred deals in his career, making him one of the premier investors in the country. CT Homes LLC, founded in Connecticut, is a nationally recognized real estate company featured on A&E’s Flip this House. JD starred on Flip this House for the duration of the series with brother Paul Esajian and business partner Than Merrill. In 2009, JD and CT Homes relocated to San Diego and have completed hundreds of real estate deals since. In addition to managing an active real estate business, JD is a national speaker and real estate educator for FortuneBuilders, the premier real estate investment education business in the country. Outside of work, JD’s passions are his Family, Health, Music, Real Estate, and Cooking. He is regularly involved with FortuneBuilders Gives, a charitable initiative focused on Children, Education, and Housing.
