Jayden is a graduate of Wichita State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, with a focus in Marketing and Real Estate. Jayden began his career as an Area Manager at Amazon, where he oversaw 50% of the outbound department and drove site-wide improvements in safety, efficiency, and team morale. He has also held roles with Bridge + Grace Management Consulting, Storytime Village, and American Century Investments. In August 2025, Jayden joined NAI Martens as a Commercial Real Estate Advisor, where he is engaged in brokerage, leasing, and advisory services across the Wichita market.
